In the Kitchen: Matcha Sponge Cake

I baked Matcha sponge cake last night. It was my first time ever baking a sponge cake. It's not as easy as I thought it would be. My cake turned out too firm for a sponge cake and too sweet for my taste. But it dose look good (good enough for me to take picture and show you. ^_^) You will see more of me & sponge cake for sure.....

Hot tea for hottie

Recently, my boyfriend has grown his love of drinking tea, and he accidentally brought loose leaf tea instead of tea leaves in filterbags. That does make me curious about what kind of steeping essentials there are out there for the full-leaf tea drinker....

1.  Arta Tea infuser and saucer in Melon/Brown $19.89  2. Submarine tea infuser $18 3. Sharky tea infuser 4.  Stainless Steel tea infuser $12.99  5. Clip-on tea infuser

Great food Good time: Graham Elliot

We chose to go to Graham Elliet, this year, for my best friend Mina's birthday. Chef Graham Elliet is a formerly the chef de cuisin of Avenues. It is a perfect place for a great meal without the stuffiness of high-end, upscale restaurant. We had a fun time there while having great food. I couldn't stop myself from munching down those popcorn appetizers, seasoned with cracked pepper, chives, Parmesan cheese & truffle oil. Oh so yummy!!
