In the Kitchen: Matcha Sponge Cake
I baked Matcha sponge cake last night. It was my first time ever baking a sponge cake. It's not as easy as I thought it would be. My cake turned out too firm for a sponge cake and too sweet for my taste. But it dose look good (good enough for me to take picture and show you. ^_^) You will see more of me & sponge cake for sure.....

Great food Good time: Graham Elliot
We chose to go to Graham Elliet, this year, for my best friend Mina's birthday. Chef Graham Elliet is a formerly the chef de cuisin of Avenues. It is a perfect place for a great meal without the stuffiness of high-end, upscale restaurant. We had a fun time there while having great food. I couldn't stop myself from munching down those popcorn appetizers, seasoned with cracked pepper, chives, Parmesan cheese & truffle oil. Oh so yummy!!

In the Kitchen: Berries mousse....
One fun things of going to Thai Buddhist Temple is most people bring yummy home-cooked meal to the temple. It's the best place you can find authentic Thai food. And everybody there are so joyful and so welcoming. Yesterday, I decided to go to Thai Buddhist temple. After almost hour long of chanting, praying and meditating, the feast begin!!
I always say that I want cook food and bring to the temple. But I had never did.....
